  • Operational & Performance Data: Staff shift schedules, payroll calculations, task completion rates, and "rally" results (such as prep counts and inventory statistics).

  • Communication Data: Messages, comments, and shared notes sent within the Team Group Chat and Direct Message features.

  • Payment Information: Billing details for premium features, processed securely through third-party payment processors.

  • Automatically Collected Data: * Usage Data: How you interact with our platform, features used, and time spent.

    • Device Information: Device type, operating system, and IP address.

    • QR & Location Data: Data used to verify clock-in/out events via QR scan.

  • Platform Operation: To provide and maintain the Staff Time Clock, Scheduling, and Operations Hub.

  • Performance Tracking: To calculate team statistics, track task completion, and facilitate team "rallies."

  • Safety and Security: To verify on-site attendance, detect fraud, and ensure platform security.

  • Organizational Visibility: Your username, profile photo, shift results, and competition statistics are visible to authorized managers and team members within your specific restaurant.

  • Service Providers: We share data with third-party companies that help us operate (e.g., Supabase for backend, Stripe for payments, or analytics providers).

  • Legal Requirements & Business Transfers: We may disclose data to comply with legal obligations or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
